Ringkasan Tanggung Jawab:
1. Menganalisis dan menghitung proyeksi kebutuhan bahan baku untuk 1-2 bulan ke depan guna memastikan kelancaran produksi.
2. Mengelola, menjaga, dan memastikan kerapihan serta tata letak Gudang Bahan Baku.
3. Mengkoordinir dan mengawasi setiap aktivitas pekerjaan di area Gudang Bahan Baku.
4. Berkoordinasi secara aktif dengan departemen PPIC, Purchasing, dan
5. Admin terkait pengadaan serta ketersediaan bahan baku dan bahan pembantu.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
1. Zero Shortage: Tidak ada isu kekurangan bahan baku yang menghambat produksi.
2. Data Accuracy: Data stok barang di sistem dan fisik terjaga dengan baik dan akurat.
3. Warehouse Excellence: Kondisi gudang selalu dalam keadaan rapih, teratur, dan aman.
4. Precise Forecasting: Perhitungan kebutuhan bahan baku akurat dan sesuai dengan target produksi.

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal D3 dari segala jurusan (Logistik/Manajemen Rantai Pasok/Teknik Industri menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Inventory Control, Warehouse, atau PPIC (diutamakan dari industri manufaktur/packaging).
Keahlian Khusus: Wajib JAGO mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (menguasai rumus kompleks, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, dll) untuk kebutuhan pembuatan reporting yang cepat dan akurat.
4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

Job Description

Bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan administrasi dan operasional penjualan, meliputi verifikasi serta input Purchase Order (PO) ke dalam sistem, pembuatan dokumen penawaran harga resmi, koordinasi dengan tim PPC dan pihak armada untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman barang maupun sampel, serta penanganan umpan balik dan keluhan pelanggan bersama PIC terkait. Selain itu, melakukan penyusunan laporan penjualan, pemantauan sisa kuota PO, dan koordinasi penyelesaian kendala administrasi dokumen seperti Surat Jalan dan Invoice guna mendukung kelancaran proses penjualan dan pelayanan pelanggan.

Requirements

Fresh graduate S1 dengan kemauan belajar tinggi dipersilakan melamar
SLTA/SMK minimal pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang administrasi/CSD/marketing support
Bisa berbahasa Inggris (Minimal tingkat dasar/fungsional untuk korespondensi tertulis dan komunikasi dasar).
Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Excel & Word) serta terbiasa menggunakan Email & WhatsApp Business.
Sehat jasmani/rohani, sangat teliti, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, dan mampu bekerja sama lintas departemen (PPC, Marketing, Produksi).

Job Description

Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan proses pengadaan barang secara menyeluruh, mulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan, pelaksanaan pembelian, implementasi, hingga penyusunan laporan pembelian secara akurat dan tepat waktu. Memastikan seluruh proses purchasing berjalan sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement (SLA) yang telah ditetapkan guna mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Melakukan evaluasi kinerja vendor secara berkala berdasarkan aspek kualitas, harga, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, dan layanan, serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan internal maupun eksternal terhadap proses pengadaan. Selain itu, bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan dokumentasi pembelian dengan mengarsipkan seluruh dokumen secara sistematis, memastikan kesesuaian antara Purchase Order (PO), dokumen penerimaan, dan fisik barang yang diterima, serta menyusun laporan bulanan penggunaan dan pembelian bahan pembantu seperti kertas, lem, box, tinta, dan kebutuhan operasional lainnya sebagai dasar monitoring serta pengendalian persediaan.

Requirements

Pendidikan: Minimal D3 atau S1 Jurusan Mandarin atau Manajemen Pembelian dan bisa berbahasa mandarin (Lisan dan Tulisan).
Pengalaman: Minimal 2 tahun di bidang Purchasing / Pengadaan
Keahlian: Mahir Microsoft Office, familier dengan sistem ERP/software, pengadaan, serta memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik. Memahami SAP dan Accurate lebih diutamakan.
Fisik: Sehat jasmani, tidak buta warna, dan tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit kronis (gula, jantung, darah tinggi, atau bawaan lainnya).
